		<description>Love this recipe because it is so easy and versatile ! Because it&#039;s fall, I added a dash of cloves with the cinnamon. For apples, I used a combination of Granny Smith, Cortland, and Gala apples. I took a bit of the leftover apple juices and about 1/2 tbsp of vanilla and mixed them into the cream cheese which I layered on the puff pastry before adding the apples. While the tarts were cooking, I used the rest of the apple juices to create an apple rum sauce.</description>

		<description>My Goodness!  I think I&#039;ve made a New Friend!  I have some spples and was searching for a &#039;good~n~easy recipe&#039; because, like many of you, I love EASY :)

One Question though.  You didn&#039;t specify the apples and I&#039;m making my puff pastry because I just love making my kitchen messy!  haha!

Wow - I so admire you with the homemade puff pastry!  I have yet to attempt that.  :)  But I&#039;m sure the cinnamon-powdered glaze would be amazing with this too!  If you give it a go, feel free to post the glaze recipe you use on here -- I (and I&#039;m sure others!) would love to give it a try!

		<description>I&#039;ve made these too, but with homemade puff pastry. The next time I make them, I&#039;m going to remove the apple skin and added a cinnamon-powdered sugar glaze to it. It was really good as is, though. Beautiful photos!!</description>
