I LOVE to make these!!! Last year I made mocha truffles! I put Starbucks micro blend I to the crushed Oreo mix and topped them off with a chocolate covered espresso bean! Um…YUM!!!

I love oreo truffles, and I’m not even a big fan of oreo cookies. Put ‘em in truffle form and look out! My favorites are the mint oreo truffles. So good!

Oh gosh….I make these all the time….they are sooooo good. I also make them with nutter butter cookies for a peanut butter ball yummmm

Wow! cute clever and very tasty, I think I will have my daughter make these for Christmas Eve. She will be so excited to make “truffles” like Mom’s but much easier. Thanks for sharing the great idea.
